I worked as a consultant and project manager, overseeing the development of websites and digital solutions. My role involved managing teams, timelines, and client communication to ensure successful delivery.

Led the development of a public-facing website educating users on Iceland’s energy transition. Oversaw design, UX, and development to deliver an interactive, data-driven experience highlighting historical and current energy usage.

Drove UX and visual storytelling strategy for complex energy data.

Reykjavik Art Museum

Overview:
Managed the award-winning redesign of the Reykjavik Art Museum’s website, developed after winning a design competition. The site unifies three museum locations under one strong visual identity and introduces playful, branded interactions like a draggable logo “ball pit.”

Directed design, development, and client coordination from concept to launch.
Oversaw integration of 3D animations and interactive brand elements.
Ensured content and structure reflected the museum’s breadth and creativity.
