Right now I am a strategy & analytics consultant with a background in economics and data visualization. I’ve worked on a range of projects in both the public and private sector, including M&A, digital transformation, and long-term planning. My experience covers everything from leading government strategy work to building websites and forecasting tools.
My focus is on helping clients make better decisions by combining clear analysis with practical solutions. I’ve been fortunate to work with teams across different industries, and I always try to bring a structured approach to whatever challenge is in front of me.
In my free time I enjoy cooking and photography. I also spend a lot of time outdoors, especially hiking and skiing. During my university summers I worked as a mountain guide, and being outside is still a big part of my life.

Scenario Planning – Prime Minister’s Office
Led the delivery of future scenarios for Grindavík in collaboration with the Icelandic government, coordinating with local ministries and German scenario experts. Helped facilitate long-term planning in response to critical socio-environmental challenges.

Gas Forecasting Tool – Energy Sector Client
Developed a gas forecasting model to support energy market decision-making. Integrated real-time data inputs and historical trends to project demand and supply dynamics. Delivered a user-friendly forecasting model, enabling stakeholders to simulate scenarios and make data-driven operational decisions with improved accuracy.
M&A Advisory – Air Navigation Sector
Led the M&A engagement for an Icelandic air navigation firm. Delivered financial and commercial advisory, prepared investor materials, and guided the client through due diligence, negotiations, and deal execution.
Ministry of Health – Digital Transformation
Led analysis and data mapping on healthcare workforce staffing. Delivered foundational insights to support future workforce planning as part of a nationwide healthcare digital transformation.
Loyalty System Design – Large Retail Client
Co-managed a multinational project to design a payment-based loyalty system. Conducted global benchmarking, analyzed success factors, and proposed a tailored strategy to increase customer engagement.
Digital Iceland (ísland.is)
Delivery manager for the award-winning Ísland.is portal, centralizing Iceland’s public digital services. Oversaw coordination across 14 partner companies, ensured compliance with accessibility standards, and supported continuous delivery.
Reykjavík Museums Websites
Managed the redesign of the Reykjavík City Museum and Reykjavík Art Museum websites. Both sites received national recognition for public engagement and design, enhancing public access to cultural heritage.
